[ŞマĘČ] is not your traditional clan or team. We have used the term "movement" to define [ŞマĘČ]
We are those that go against what we think is unsportsmanlike behaviour. There are many who get upset when a player, with or without permission, spectates them. Excuses range from lag to "don't cheat and steal my racing line or secret." We believe that this is an online game. It's a multiplayer game. It's a racing game, a social event. Players should not get upset when someone spectates them. Instead, they should be flattered.
What if we watched F1 racing, but were never shown in-car footage? What if Hamilton or Alonso got upset that another team was able to see what they do very well. Here is a very interesting thought to those against spectators: Knowing the line and being able to execute it are two very different things.
We as [ŞマĘČ] will still respect other players. If they ask us not to spectate them, we will not. But this is not a spectating clan. We are racers. We share techniques and skills. We want to be the best, and to race against the best.
This is what we as [ŞマĘČ] offer. Anyone can spectate us if and when they want. Asking us permission to spectate is not required. If you want us to show you something, let us know. Mind you, this "movement" does not differentiate by skill level. We could have some friends that are new to Trackmania, while others have been playing for years and have developed their skills.
This is not a clan. This is not a team. There are no leaders. It is a group of friends that accept the above as part of an online, social and fun game. If you believe in this movement, join us and introduce yourself in the forum. If you decide it's not longer for you, that's ok. We would still enjoy playing with you.
